Product Review: Fiskars 4-Claw Stand Up Weed Puller Tool

I never knew I needed this tool so much. I have always taken pride in my yard and try to do things to reduce weeds like watering regularly and mowing high, but they still make their way through. I have used weeding tools before but soon found them to be futile for our 1 acre yard. When I saw the Fiskars review on Reddit, I thought i would give it a shot. It cost $39 on Amazon so it wasn't a huge risk.

I was very pleased with how well it worked. It grabs the whole weed, roots and all, and lifts them out easily. You can dig down use your foot for leverage but otherwise ther is no bending needed. You can easily discharge the weed you picked through their orange release bar that shoots them out and into a nearby bucket or wheelbarrow. It is actually therapeutic to use and I do a little bit each day. I know I will never win the war against weeds but this makes it much easier and dare I say "fun" to do.
